We offer (2) Lawn Programs designed to fit the needs of your lawn and lifestyle. The
Premier Plan is designed to maintain a thick, lush weed-free lawn all season long by providing key nutrients and weed control products at precisely the right time throughout the growing season. With that comes some additional mowing when compared to the Basic Plan. The Premier also provides protection from white grubs which can destroy a lawn rapidly if left unchecked. The
Basic Plan focuses on removing problem weeds from the lawn and supplementing
growth with quality fertilizer to span the gaps between applications. Sometimes lawn needs don’t fit one of our plans and we will build a custom application package just for your lawns needs. Contact us today for recommendations to improve and maintain your lawn.

Aeration
Aeration alleviates soil compaction in the root zone to improve drainage, reduce thatch build-up, allow robust root growth, and improve nutrient transfer from the surface to the roots. This surface can be performed anytime during the growing season but is best done in the early fall. Aeration complements any fertilizer & weed control plan and maximizes the benefits from every lawn application.
De-Thatching
Tine de-thatching, or mechanical raking removes the excess dead grass from the previous growing season. Removing this material helps prevent turf diseases from spreading through a lawn later in the growing season. It also helps nutrients transfer to the soil more completely after lawn applications.

Over-Seeding
Thin areas or areas where weeds previously choked out the grass? Over-seeding is much less invasive than a complete re-grade and seed and can provide new varieties of turfgrass that will perform well within the conditions of your lawn. Combined with fertilizer and preventative weed control applications these thin areas can become thick dense turf in just a few weeks.
